Terms of Service

1. Engagement & Services

A&F Consultant provides business strategy, technology advisory, and AI transformation consulting. Services are delivered as individual consultations, structured multi-session programs, or ongoing advisory subscriptions as described in the agreed engagement specification.

2. Booking, Fees & Payment

Fees are stated in the prevailing currency and must be settled in accordance with the payment terms specified at booking or purchase. For online bookings and subscriptions, payments are processed securely via our authorised payment gateway. Scheduled sessions are confirmed upon payment.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule or cancel confirmed consultation sessions within the notice window specified on their booking confirmation. Requests made within the permitted notice period are eligible for credit or rescheduling. Cancellations received after the notice cutoff may be charged in full.

4. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

Both parties agree to treat all business information, strategic plans, technical data, and trade secrets shared during an engagement as strictly confidential. Custom deliverables created specifically for the client become client property upon full payment. A&F Consultant retains ownership of pre-existing methodologies and proprietary frameworks.

5. Limitation of Liability

Consulting advice and strategic recommendations are provided in good faith based on information available at the time of the engagement. A&F Consultant is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from client operational decisions.

6. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising under them are governed by applicable laws.
